Let's create a whole musical in just 6 days - an exciting musical theatre summer school for students in year 7 to year 10!

It’s the first day after winter break at East High. The Jocks, Brainiacs, Thespians and Skater Dudes all find their cliques. Basketball team captain and resident jock, Troy, discovers that the brainy Gabriella, a girl he met singing karaoke on his ski trip, has just enrolled at East High. The couple cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the high school musical. Although many students resent the threat posed to the "status quo," Troy and Gabriella’s alliance might just open the door for others to shine as well.

Work like professionals for a whole week with Director/Choreographer Laurie Scarth(who was in the original London production of the show!) and her team - you'll be amazed at what you can achieve in such a short time. This is an excellent opportunity to develop existing performing skills in the context of a musical, gain confidence, and make new friends.

Note: this project is not suitable for beginners.

The course fees include 2x complimentary tickets per student to the final performance.
*Children in year 10 may enrol in either this course or the senior musical. (NB school years are based on a child’s current school year)
